Official statements are accessible on a monthly basis, commencing on the first business day of each month. Students possess the capability to access or print these statements via the student portal, known as MY Portal. To access the statement, log in to MY Portal, navigate to the students tab, and scroll down the right-hand side where a link to the statement can be found under the section titled My Finances/Payments.
Please note that Madonna University doesn't send out statements via mail; they're exclusively available online. Student's are expected to view their statements and review account activity. To ensure timely payments and avoid any late fees, we ask you to mark your calendar accordingly. Additionally, we'll ensure you stay informed by sending notices of published statements directly to your Madonna University email account.
A GUIDE TO NAVIGATE YOUR STATEMENT
You are responsible for payment by the payment due dates indicated in each semester's Academic Planning Guide. Reminders are sent to your Madonna University email two weeks prior to the due date. Information is also provided at Student Accounts.
Errors or disputes about a bill should be submitted in writing immediately sfs@shorinji-kempo.net, by fax #734-432-5405 or dropped off at the student accounts office.
The written inquiry must include: name and student ID, a description of the presumed error, and the dollar amount of the presumed error. The student remains obligated to pay the portion of the bill not in dispute, but the disputed amount may remain unpaid until such time as the problem is resolved.
